Enrolments for Prep at Victorian government schools are completed online through VicStudents, the Department of Education’s official enrolment system.

Families seeking enrolment outside of Prep are encouraged to contact the school office to discuss availability and the enrolment process.
School tours are available on most mornings from 9:15am, and we warmly welcome prospective families to visit and see our school in action.

Donvale Primary School has a designated neighbourhood school zone.
Students who live within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school. School zones are determined by a child’s permanent residential address.

Under Victorian government requirements, schools must collect evidence of a child’s immunisation status at enrolment.
An Immunisation History Statement from the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) is required. Statements from medical providers are not accepted.

The enrolment process requires the collection of personal and health information to support your child’s learning, wellbeing and safety at school.
All information is handled in accordance with privacy legislation. Details about how information is collected, used and protected are included in the enrolment forms and the school’s Privacy Policy.
If you would like to discuss any family or care arrangements in confidence, please contact the Principal.
Families are asked to provide the names and contact details of emergency contacts who can be reached if needed during the school day. Please ensure nominated contacts are aware and agree to their details being provided.
