Description:

• to allow Parent/teacher interviews to be carried out.
• Each interview has been scheduled for 10
minutes. If you consider that this is not enough
time, please arrange at the end of the interview
to make another time to continue to discuss any
unresolved issues with the class teacher
• Please consider the other parents who have
arrived on time and are waiting for the next
interview.
• Mrs Towan, our Art teacher, will be available to
discuss any student performance matters
between 12:00-3:00pm on Wednesday in the
Art room. If you would like to meet with Mrs
Towan, please contact the school office on
9842 3373 to confirm a meeting time.
• If for any reason on the day, you cannot attend
at the organized time, a courtesy call to school
would be appreciated to let the class teacher
know. They will then call back at a later time to
arrange an alternative time if convenient.
