Enrolments for 2010
Student enrolment form
Donvale Primary School is now taking enrolments for 2010! Contact the school office for further information or to arrange a time for a school tour. Reminder to all DPS families, to ensure they have enrolled their Preps for 2010. We are currently commencing to make important decisions about our schools structure for 2010 and need to have a broad idea of 2010 numbers.
Preps (Level 1)
The Preps get a great start in their first year at Donvale Primary School and they gain a good understanding of school procedures and expectations. We have a wonderful transition program in Term 4 with the new Preps attending 4 classroom sessions.
In these sessions the children familiarise themselves with the school and classroom environment. A highlight of the transition program is when the children meet and work with their grade 6 buddy.

our transition program for new preps we would like to remind you
of some dates for both children and parents.
Prep
Orientation Days
During
these days students participate in a number of exciting
familiarisation activities, including meeting senior school
“buddies”.

4th December 2.00 – 3.30pm
Parents
are encouraged to drop their children at the prep classroom and
allow their child to adjust and get to know peers and teachers
on their own. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
Uniform
Tuesday 11th
November: Uniform packs will be handed out.
The
uniform shop will be open for sales on the following days:

Parent Information Evening
Tuesday 18th
November at 7.00pm in the school library.
All
parents of new prep students are invited to meet with staff to
discuss issues related to starting school.
